He scanned and slammed products on till counter I was paying for not the best experience considering my deliveroo order from here was not delivered at all or refunded."

"Your store employee CHANDRA is in a very unpleasant and always spoiling mood. I can’t appreciate her whole job, but she can’t communicate with clients. It’s always very unpleasant, reproachful because I check my scratch cards. I always have to hear that checking is not her job. I spend a lot of money in your store buying scratch card and I would like to check them later without reproach."

"I went to my local sainsburys to collect an argos item. I've never collected a delivery from there before so I wasn't sure what the procedure would be. The till queue was quite long being 1pm on a Monday so I asked a man called Joel what I needed to do. He was very polite and friendly and said he will assist me. Even though he was very busy he took the time to take my details and collected my item. I only had to wait a few minutes. Thank you Joel you made my day."
