"Rude, ignorant staff member. The card I was using to pay would not work in their machine, it was not declined, it didn't get that far it kept saying "reinsert card". The staff member would not try to resolve the issue, just said "leave it" you can't pay. The card was in good working order, I had just paid for petrol, I then want to the very helpful village store in Bletchingley and used the card successfully there. If your equipment is faulty, get it fixed. You have lost my custom for ever, by being so rude and ignorant, I work locally and will take my custom elsewhere."
"Very small shop, aisles are tiny, cramped and difficult to navigate. One of those places you go in to get milk only and try to leave as quickly as possible. Okay as a local village store but limited range."
