"placed and paid for order on 11/3. All items in stock. Delivery was due by 25/3. Nothing received by 25/3 so contacted company using online form. no response. contacted company through messenger. no response. Called company and they said they would post it. Nothing received. Unable to get through by phone and order that I paid for a month ago still shows as 'processing'. Just received email stating delivery would be 11-6-22. 3 months after taking my money for the goods. Shocking."

"We were required to order athletic apparel from this company for my children's sports teams. Despite me ordering the amount threshold to get direct shipping to my address, the company decided to consolidate things and send them to the school without any communication to me. So when I received a delivery confirmation but no delivery I spent time trying to track down this package with my building supervisor. I sent several emails to the company which all went unanswered. About a week later the school let me know they had our items. That all happened about a month after my initial order. It has now been about 16 weeks since my order and I am still missing the other half of the items. I was sent a tracking link and it shows delivery this time to another country so I sure hope that was not my stuff! But with a customer service email that is never checked or answered, not sure how I will every figure this one out."

"Terrible company! Ordered my son's sports t-shirts for university and after 3 months I received one and now 4 months on I'm still waiting on the second! I have attempted to contact via email and the online enquiry but not even received an acknowledgment. I will be surprised if we ever see the other shirt. It doesn't deserve any stars"

"Had to order my sons pe kit from here as his new secondary school has chosen them to use, so have no choice. Not only is it very expensive but having ordered months ago still no products, dates keep getting pushed back, makes me wonder it they are a genuine company or are we being scammed, take your money but don't deliver the goods, my son is now starting secondary school without any compulsory pe kit. Do not use this company if you can help it. What I don't understand is other schools that don't use this company don't seem to have any issues."

"This is the worst company I've ever dealt with regarding delivery. It takes up to 3 months from placing an order to receiving the items. Order's can not be changed the next day if you make a mistake. You have to reorder and pay a second £6 delivery charge and then wait 3 months for both orders to come. It then takes 2 months to get a refund on returned items. IF you can order from another company please do"
