"Trying on trainers, no assistance, then 2 had pairs ready to purchase, had to ask woman at the front for assistance, she then radioed in and after several minutes of no one appearing I decided to not purchase the trainers and left the store, wasn't even busy, shocking service"

"Shocking service. I had to ask for the same pair of trainers 3 times and they still didn’t come out after 40 minutes of waiting. I then asked if I could try some clothes on in the fitting rooms to be told no one can let me in the the fitting rooms as they don’t have a member of staff available. Meanwhile 3 members of staff were all stood in the corner of the shop chatting!"

"Good selection of stock but the customer service was shocking. Approached two team members who were chatting, asked them if I could try on a particular pair of trainers, apparently they were on a manikin somewhere, so he went off to look. Came back 10mins later to ask another team member and was told "no I thought you were looking" to this other member of staff. Anyway, this went on for another 10mins with four other members of staff just walking around talking to each other. The best bit is one of them was the store manager! 20mins later I walked out because I couldn't be doing with their incompetence."
