"Awful customer service. Lady at the shoe area was fine but guy behind the till on the evening of 11 Feb (seems to be the manager too!) needs a brush up on customer service. Shouting at customers to approach the till like they are deaf or slow is completely unacceptable."

"First visit was told to order it online, didn't seem too interested she was just people watching. Today we were told that they wouldn't process any returns because they were too busy, and would do it tomorrow... This came from management apparently. Well I don't run a business but I'm pretty certain you'll be as busy tomorrow, with even more returns to process."

"This shop is a must if you have teenager's. Recently I was in hospital so the time had lapsed for me to get a refund on a pair of trainers I bought my son. I purchased them online and had lost the paper which comes with it, that details the order and receipt numbers. The young man who served me was fabulous and went out of his way to assist me as quickly as possible because I still didn't feel well. I expected a credit note but they gave me a full refund. Great service and on trend clothing."
