"Popped into the store today (6/2/23) with my friend who had a question about the city polo products. Was greeted by a very polite and knowledgeable staff member, unfortunately I didn't get his name but had shirt cut hair with some facial hair. We spent 30 minutes in-store, was no pressure to purchase. We were advised on alternative ways to get these limited products, told about the history of the brand and products. Really good experience and just wanted to praise this staff member."
