"Order large fish and chips this evening. Fish was very moist and lovely. The big let down been given old chips which clearly been reheated . They were bruise and crinkley and dry. Won't be back"

"Sorry but this was not an Ocean Delight!! First and last time I’ll be getting Fish & Chips from here. I ordered online for collection, was emailed to say my order would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived nothing was ready. Whilst waiting the whole place seemed in chaos, orders where stacked up waiting to go out and nobody seemed to know what they were doing in the kitchen. I sat and watched in horror!!! Once I got home with my order the chips were cold and horrible, all went in the bin!! The cod was tasty but the batter was very soft. Don’t bother is all I can say….. sorry. ☹️☹️"

"Very polite staff. Clean and tidy. Doesn’t take card payments in the shop, but they will let you place an order and then tell you that you have to pay in cash. Very frustrating. Don’t bother going if you don’t have the cash. No idea what the food is like. Try the village in crownhill - they take card payments and it’s really good!"
