Domino's Pizza - Plymouth - Plympton

"Bit strong to say I hated it. But when you find fault you can’t give above 1 star. Few issues, firstly not as much as a smile to greet us. Tables were sticky. Ice machine wasn’t working, when I asked about it was told if a lot of people use it needs to referees. Standard. What if it doesn’t work afterwards? Then that’s that. No apology, really didn’t care. Service was poor. Not as if it was busy. That’s why we went in. Everywhere was packed. Now I know why. Windows need a good clean too."

"I didn't actually go here I just parked nearby but i took magic mushrooms and imagined I went in there. It was quite the journey to be honest. I remember being at one with the dough as it was rolled out into a pizza base. I felt like with each roll of the pin another one of life's worries had been squashed. The cheese was cascading down like a kaleidoscope made of yellows and whites. The tomato sauce was like a red night sky with Oregeno and basil for stars...."

"Ordered 3 large pizzas for the family, when they arrived we were disapointed to see the margarita had barely any cheese and next to no sauce and what we thought were melted cheesy patches were infact just charred pizza dough and very dry.The other 2 pizzas were marginally better mainly due to having additional toppings other than the cheese and tomato. I called dominoes Plympton to explain, stating that 2 of the pizzas would be ok but the margarita was not. I had hoped they would change this 3rd pizza but I was told that because more than 2 slices had been tried (family of 4) there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't offer a solution. We have found ourselfs ordering from here less and less over the last few years due to substandard food but this is the first time we have contacted them....very, very bad customer service from James and his manager, very disapointed in Dominos and will definitely not be ordering from them again!"

"I am a vegetarian and was sent meat in my pizza. Contacted the shop and was told I asked for meat?!?! Of course I did. Staff are children running a shop and have no clue what so ever. The girl was swearing at me down the phone when I was Trying to sort my issue."

"Last time we ordered here we got 25 large pizzas for my daughter’s birthday and they were delivered on time and perfect. But you can’t seem to manage 3 with us picking them up? What kind of a company makes you the customer feel like you are in the wrong when you call up to explain that an order is wrong…. I tell you what.. A faceless cooperate company who’s employees clearly don’t care. They also don’t know what a circle is…"
