"Very, very rude customer service. The guy who delivers medicine is rude, arrogant and very aggressive. He presses the bell like a man possessed and does not even give you 5 seconds to open the door, he presses it over and over again continuously. On 2 separate occasions we have asked him very politely and calmly to not press the bell in this manner and he instantly goes on the defensive and gets aggressive and rude. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Will never ever use again. I would recommend using Andres Pharmacy next to Preston Road station. Atleast they know how to treat their customers properly."

"A very rude guy and without manners in that pharmacy. Even I have repeated several times saying hello to him, he never replied to me, even he was very arrogant after I gave to him my prescription. I think he is racist with white people. With the next customer he was very polite and with very good manners in front of me.. obviously he was Indian.. like him. Never more will be back there."
