"Went with my grandson yesterday it was far to cold no heating on asked member of staff she said she cold to lovely staff took us ages to warm up at home going often its has neither been that cold they need to put heating on for a bit longer okay kids running around but not for the parents and grandparents."

"Unfortunately due to insurance purposes parents aren't permitted on the equipment which is the first soft play we have been to where this has applied. My daughter didn't understand why we couldn't go and play with her. There is a toddler section and a section for older children. However if a you her child wishes to go on the bigger slides, which they are allowed, they may struggle to navigate the bigger play area alone. The whole place is freezing and could do with a hoover. Toilets are also a tad smelly."

"Such a lovely, clean welcoming place and reasonably priced too! A hidden gem we found out about after an invite to a toddler's birthday party. We are now regulars on weekday afternoons as it's such a lovely place to visit. Plenty of space for my 3 year old to entertain himself while being small enough that I can keep an eye on him to make sure he's safe at all times. There's also a 0-3 area and even hot food served with plenty of seats. We'll be returning again soon!"
