"Terrible experience from the outset, we went for breakfast. Was told there were no veggie options apart from the buffet which I didn't want. The food was tasteless, watery and greasy, I waited 15 minutes for pancakes to be made and had to ask for them twice. The toaster was broken so a domestic 2 slice machine was being used at prime time on a Saturday morning, you can imagine how long the queue was We'd left Cardiff at 4am travelling to Glasgow and we were so disappointed, Next time we'll go to Tesco next door. The staff didn't seem to care one bit. Definitely won't be back"

"At the moment it's one star,paid s a microwave of £99.99 on the 22 november.still waiting it's arrival,after calling them they said I had to go on market place as they sell for another company confused I was,after no response I have now been in contact with b&q again who are now supposed to be chasing it up.i should of asked someone to take me to get rather than all this stress wondering if it's going to arrive befor christmas ad it's a present for my daughter"
