"Excellent service here. It really is a level above other places in terms of being made to feel welcome. The service charge is well deserved Wonderful style and decoration too. Breakfast salmon and egg bagel was good although the eggs were dry to my personal taste. Excellent coffee. Gets very busy so recommended to book in advance, I was lucky with a walk in"

"Service was really good. Waitress was super sweet and helpful. The place was comfortable to sit in. I sat outside in the arcade area. They had heaters set up there. The food was okay. I wasn’t very impressed. It tasted a bit bland to me but nothing too horrible. Not bad experience. Would go again to try a different dish."

"Having read several articles which referred going to Bill's as a must, decided to take the plunge and go there for our first meal while visiting Cardiff. Went to the one in Wyndham Arcade. Needless to say it didn’t disappoint. The decor, the service and the food were simply amazing. Kudos to them in making the patrons feel welcome. Also, lots of praises to Antonia who waited on us. She was extremely helpful, and her recommendations were brilliant. Started with the Devilled chicken skewers then had the fish pie as mains. We also had the x-mas burger as mains and then finally finished off with triple chocolate brownie for desserts. Everything was done so well, and the quality was amazing. Definitely a great place to go and have a good time. Especially the warmth and friendliness just added to the whole experience."
