"No alcohol gel by entrance, trolleys are dirty, no wipes available to wipe down. Honestly, how much does it cost them to make this available? There are still a lot of COVID cases. Infact these basic stuff should always be freely available for customers."

"Queuing today for 1hour 40 minutes today to collect our order of Christmas food. No explanation or apology except from the poor person at the door, when we eventually reached her. Too many people collecting per hour and no chance of getting their orders out in the time slot they had booked."

We buying frozen ones and every morning we are indulging ourselves with fresh baked pain au chocolate and of course cup a tea! Very good prices of course! Just 2£ per bag with 10 pieces."
