"I get the policy of making you pay in terms of commitment but (a) therapists are allowed to go on holiday so seems hypocritical and (b) no allowances made with strikes and or illness seems needlessly harsh…"
"Really bad experience - first session (pre lockdown) and the therapist didn't even show up! Then I was messed around by Carolyn who is the 'manager' who then finally sorted it out to then have a therapist. They don't allow you to have sessions according to your preference, and make you sign endless forms to commit to the sessions even though you don't know if you will get value from their chosen therapist. The therapists don't use work email addresses and their finance team are chaotic - providing no receipts for payments and they get so confused. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere and do not waste your time or energy with this half attempt at a counselling service. This isn't a good example at all of what counselling should be like."
