"My child was referred here after 12 years at St Thomas audiology department. He should be having annual check ups.....i have had to chase up every single year as I have never been sent an appointment. The lack of funding here compared to St Thomas is jaw dropping. Bromley Healthcare should be ashamed of the lack of funding and administration here. Poor"

"Awful place. Paediatrician refuses to take responsibility for coordinating care of disabled child. Disputing diagnoses and symptoms that have been given by Great Ormond st hospital. She shouts and screams during meetings and refused to examine patient in more than 2 years, blaming covid and insisting if SLT had not identified any problems she doesn't need to see the patient! SLT only just accepted child is non verbal, despite previous paediatrician confirming this 2 years ago. If you dare complain they retaliate which is what they did when I reported them to CQC. They have no clue about their own patients and seem to have an internal communication problem. If this place is your only option I would flee Bromley altogether and find somewhere else to live! The care is abusive to patients and the so called "safer care team" are just tools of the legal department designed to obfuscate any responsibility of the place for delivering "safe care'.it is truly an awful place."

"I have been taking my son here to SLIPS and it has really helped his speech and he’s had so much fun while going there and he’s only finished 3 sessions and he’s spoken so much more than he did 3 weeks ago they give you so much tips."

"Today was my daughter’s appointment and On reaching there, I was told that she is not on their system and her appointment is not booked. I have to come back home and then I received a call and then I was told that my daughter’s appointment for hearing is not booked as well, though I booked it on phone. Before all that mismanagement, my daughter was given two different appointments on same day and at the same time which was absolutely impractical. I haven’t seen such a big disaster in management before in my life but thanks God my daughter will be seen at her school for the same problem though and most funniest thing is that I received a letter which says that I have failed to attend the appointment twice, the appointments which I wasn’t ever given. There should be an option for “no star” rather than 1 star."
