"Didn’t complete the delivery on the first attempt because the delivery team didn’t ring the buzzer. On the second attempt I gave them an alternative phone number to contact when they were at the property. They called the wrong number and buzzed the wrong flat. They were also advised we were a third floor property, the delivery team brought the parcel to the first floor. I had to arrange someone to bring it up the remaining flights as I live alone and couldn’t lift the delivery up the stairs."

"Table and chairs supposed to be delivered on Saturday between 3 and 5 no show got an automated call at 8pm saying we would have to reschedule the earliest they could give us was Christmas eve. Do you think the world cup final had something to do with it. They have ruined our Christmas week.Can't contact the depot and its just a few miles away. So far the service is ridiculous. I would pay extra for DHL to deliver at least I know it would arrive. Shocking service from Arrow XL"

"A true shambles of a delivery company. Driver turned up to deliver our item only to discover that the item wasn't on his van. After lengthy discussions with "customer service" (an oxymoron if ever there was one) we were told that our item 'might' be delivered next week. Or maybe not. In fact they couldn't say when it could be delivered. In short, avoid this company like the plague unless you don't give a monkeys when your stuff will arrive."

"Absolutely atrocious way of treating your customers. Holding goods worth of 15k for over 3 weeks. Lying about attempting delivery. You are clearly prioritising other customers and you are not dealing with the backlog! Customer service representatives are rude and do not even attempt to find a suitable solution. Shouting and taking over me. Not to mention the unprofessional comment “you are not going to like this but we can’t deliver until the 23rd”. AVOID!! Do not waste your money and time!"

"Awful and slow service from a disorganised company with inconsistent drivers and customer service. None of their communications hold any weight and the company is quick to make excuses and not take ownership of any issues they create. They have little intention to support beyond their absolute minimum contractual obligations. Avoid like the plague and use other couriers at EVERY opportunity you have."
