"Just moved to Larkhall from Glasgow and thankfully as a business owner for a couple of decades I can read between the lines when there's a bad review and I need to find the best local taxi company (especially seeing that this company delivered food and prescriptions to the vulnerable during pandemic peak without any cost - I like that community approach a lot). Call handler gave me an idea of the journey time when booking the taxi as she was checking for roadworks etc to make sure we allowed another time. The taxi arrived bang on time and the chat with the driver made the journey time fly by - got there in good time and this meant the meeting was able to start earlier (that wouldn't have happened if I'd driven and tried to park). Dialled in to book return taxi and despite the distance this arrived super-quick, different driver but still good conversation so made it a pleasant journey. I like the fact this company has been running for decades as that means they're doing something right and are local - supporting local businesses can only be good and I know I don't need to worry about organising a taxi for the future."

"Have used this company a number of times over the years and recently needed them in an emergency due to my car breaking down and needing to get to an appointment urgently. The call handler took the time to phone me back when a car became available and I was promptly picked up. The driver was courteous and the company prepared a receipt for me the following day when I found out I could claim this back through my breakdown cover. Overall they are a great local taxi company that I'll continue to use."
