"Don't think they are a reliable service at all. Husband booked a taxi at approximately 5pm for a 7pm pick up. 10 past still no taxi, I called on my mobile but realised it came up as Bannoch Taxis on my phone so queried that I might have the wrong company. Told by a woman that no taxi had been booked for our address. Husband then used redial on house phone and guess what same number, woman adamant we wrote hadn't booked. Blatantly lied, just say you had made a mistake or a better fare had came in..... really disappointing. However we were able to use another local company who we were happy to give our money too."
