"We used Streamline after being stranded in Kilmarnock with a disabled child, due to a cancelled train. We still needed to get to Stranraer, a 2h30 min journey, which we where absolutely dreading it but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ended up with the most caring, compassionate and friendly driver who went above and beyond for my child. Offered to drop into a shop so we can get him juice, went a detour to let him do the toilet and even stopped to get his blankies out the boot. Such an amazing man who saved us from being stuck in an unfamiliar city."

"Booked a taxi hours in advance to get me to the train station. Phoned when it was 5 mins late to be told it will be another 5 mins. Point of booking it was to be in plenty of time to catch the train . Being 5/ 10 mins late is no use! Taxi showed up 17 mins late so I would have missed my train if I hadn't had made alternative arrangements. Excuse of only having 2 drivers out isn't acceptable, don't take a booking if you can't honor it."
