Seems like not enough drivers now. Sad, because I liked this firm years ago."

"Please take note of these reviews. Honestly the worst service I have ever received from a Taxi company. My 14yo booked his first taxi, had some problems so I called to clarify his booking, was told he was in the car. Called back and was told he had been dropped off. He was still waiting at the point he had booked - I had made the company aware he was a child on his own with no battery on his phone and the operator said he didn't know me or him and he couldn't care less. Absolutely disgusting service."
