"Had to phone on behalf of someone else booking a taxi as they hadn't shown up and the man on the phone was extremely rude and bratty! Said he wouldn't come back to pick the family up because he'd already been and nobody was there even though they had been waiting outside for the taxi 10 minutes before he was even due. Normally in my experience a driver would give the phone number a call back or text to say they had arrived, no attempt was made. Being rude to customers simply phoning to ask about a taxi booking isn't a great way to provide a service. Thankfully called another taxi company which my company regularly uses and they were great, had the family in the taxi on their way in 5 minutes."
