"Went to buy caugh medicine for my 8 years old kid and asked for a good medicine. They lady gave me a medicines which say 1 to 5 years once I said I will buy different one which says 1 to 11 years, she said I shouldn't ask her which one is good. Very bad behaviour, I will have to ask my GP to arrange different pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy."

"I have visited her a number of times and each time the quality of service deteriorates. The staff are more interested in making £ than actually being a community service. They are extremely "selective" as to who they help with free services. I've been forced to escalate my complaint as they are exploiting these critical times and are no better than the local shops raising their prices. Disgusting."
