"Worst pharmacy! I have ever been to. Pharmacist is unprofessional and rude. Shelves are bare all he time. Stuff in there has been in there for years. Place is disgusting and smells. Ceiling leaks and most of the stuff are out of date. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Greenlanes pharmacy. So much more variety and staff are helpful, stuff they sell are new and not out of date like this place. I went in the shop at 9am which is their opening time to be totally ignored by two staff members. When challenged by the lack of customer service he literally started to shout at me and said he wasn't opened yet the door was open and sign clearly states 9am. Disgusting behaviour by a store owner. Making a formal complaint."

"Bought a box of Inadine dressing which cost £6.10 for a box of 10 (9.5cm x 9.5cm). Went in last Monday to buy some more & was charged over £14 for a box of 5cm x 5cm & when I queried it was told there were 25 dressing bags in the box. Gone to use them today to find there the box has been opened & there are only 11 dressings in the box. No point in going back as cannot prove box was already opened & dressings were missing. They are usually very good in this chemist which is why I didn't check but have learnt my lesson & will check everything I get from there in future before I leave the chemist."
