"This pharmacy has gotten worse since its been taken over by the new owners; Maplestead Pharmacy. Not only do they not answer the phone, when in there service is really slow. On this occasion they couldn't locate my son's prescription, not only that they said his not on their system even though I've collected medicine from them few times for him. Really need to get their act together, I only go there for convenience as it's 2 mins walk from my house, if it continues like this will need to go elsewhere."

"The phone is never answered ever by these people who works in there. Such an effortless environment. Once your in there to collect the medication they keep you standing whilst taking their lifetime, dealing with a customer in front of you by having a casual chit chat, and other member of staff are just yawning and running around like a headless chicken, pretending your not even there. Do these people even know what they are doing in there?? Service really needs improving specially in this time of health crises we need active people working in the health care industries."
