"Staff need serious training. I was asked uncomfortable, personal questions by an older petit Indian lady at the counter. There were two other people behind me, and she asked them loud enough to be heard by a third person. Where’s patient dignity? Why weren’t the questions asked in private? And why weren’t they asked by a trained pharmacist? This is my closest pharmacy, but due to this shocking experience; I have our medication sent elsewhere. I get sick to my core, every time I think about it."
