"Lovely room and bathroom, very comfortable. Breakfast was served daily on a tray to eat in the room. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and polite. Great location, within walking distance of centre of York."

Now one thing I have to stress is that the breakfast delivered to your room is easily in my top 5 breakfasts ever. Can not rate this place high enough, and will definately be staying there again."
"This hotel is quaint and really well formed. The owners have gone along way to adding their own personal touch. The room was lovely, bright and clean. It felt comfortable which was important for such a short stay. I'm not gonna lie I was a bit worried about the breakfast arrangement. But wow, they really smashed it. Really good, in fact I want the recipe for that Breakfast Bircher (please?). The hotel is conveniently located to the city center. Actually it's walking distance so ok really. If arriving by car then you must arrange for parking. I would definitely stay there again."
"Came to York for a one night city break and the hotel was perfect for us. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was a real treat with locally sourced produce and even brought to the room for us. Already looking forward to our return and would definitely recommend to friends and family ."
