Lovely wonderful staff, very helpful and professional. Excellent breakfast and very clean and tidy. Thank you for the very enjoyable stay"

"Great location and excellent room. The negative comment relates to the breakfast, they had a party of children staying who all went for breakfast at 8 so it was suggested I should wait until 9. When I arrived at 9 the "dining room" was busy and the food wasnt worth queuing for. Overall conclusion: good rooms, good location but poor value for money."
