"We changed Vets to this place, you should do the same you won't regret it. All staff are really nice, thorough in their job and communication is 10/10. They treat the pets so well and will explain every single detail if you ask, my last Vet was NOT like this... At all. My cat is very scared/defensive at the vets but they still said how cute she was even though she did probably scratch and hiss at them a few times, they seemed genuinely interested in her. My GF's idea to change to this vet and she must have done her research because I'm sure you won't find a nicer one around here, I found out my mum also changed vets to here and said she is glad she did. I think that speaks for itself really!!"
"This vet is abusive, for a minor problem with my cat he makes you come a thousand times to prescribe drops once and only when the cat is better does he think to prescribe an anti-pain medication and wants us to come back a 4th time just to see. At 60 pounds a session that's a lot, not professional at all, very disappointed."

I would recommend the vet plan they do, as it's a good way to spread the cost of things like flea treatment and the yearly booster,plus other benefits like discounts on treatments and food"
