"Quite a big store, plenty of choice, unfortunately no large coats or jumpers to fit our dog, everything was either too big or too small, the staff were very helpful, Its an easy walk from York town."
"I went in store today to purchase some supplies for my animals, I got to the till and was served by a women with pink hair. She was curt throughout and when she asked if I have a loyalty card, I responded that I do but I don't have it on me. She responded with give me your postcode then and I said I'm okay for the loyalty card today. She responded with 'it goes to charity but whatever'. I was just honestly flabbergasted, I just wanted to purchase some goods and I received a guilt trip for not wanting to use a loyalty card?!? I had to check with a friend I was with that the interaction played out how I thought it had because it such a bizarre thing to be told. I will be avoiding shopping with Pets at Home in future if this is the service they teach their staff to deliver."
