"I am lucky to be under the care of Dr Tahira Mohammad who is a fantastic GP at The Consulting Rooms. Dr Mohammad is attentive, listens to you carefully, understands your needs and is very responsive. She has a lovely personality, also very approachable and understanding. Dr Mohammad has always taken prompt action regarding my health-related issues and this is very reassuring for me as a patient. The Consulting Rooms is a good practice with excellent doctors and staff. My sincere thanks to the team. With best wishes from a grateful patient."

"Receptionist is so rude and every time you call her she never greets you nicely. She needs to learn to talk to others with respect and stop belittling others. I don’t understand why they can’t give us a specific time for a telephone appointment. They simply say the doctor will call you anytime on a specific day of your choice and expect you to be free and do nothing with your life on that day. And if you miss the call it’s impossible to schedule an appointment again. The main problem is just that one receptionist."

"Less than 1Star Horrible service...Called waited for 50mins(around 11:30am on 21/12/2022) saying you are in the queue as no 1. As no one was answering the call thought to visit the south oxhey consulting rooms. As soon as I went I saw the old lady who is at the reception asked politely, do you answer the calls with the registered landline numbers of the consulting rooms. She said yes then I showed my phone straight away repeated the whole story she said it's not our number straight away without looking my phone.I have showed the number on my phone. She said it's our phone number and kept silen then i left the place. I have looked the other reviews saw that everyone is complaining. Please someone look into this...thanks."

Really Hard to get appointments, I Cant even manage to talk to my doctor anymore because the receptionist is a little miss think she knows it all cow. she has no people skills and is extremely rude to everyone. Honestly she shouldn't be in the job. and it baffles me as to how she is still behind the desk. #getrid"

"Pathetic place. Called waited for one hour to talk to anyone. Simply wanted some stitches removed. Finally got through to be advised Nurse only works a few days a week apparently and couldn’t fit me in. Requested an alternative place again couldn’t offer anything and receptionist promised to call me back needless to say that didn’t happen. Wife did a quick search Mount Vernon offer this service called them. Spoke quickly to someone ever so helpful appointment arranged. Why does this place exist in my experience they are so unhelpful. All the Consulting Rooms offer is a token service truly awful."
