"They failed me as a child. I was referred to them multiple times by schools due to my personal issues and each time I was told it was "hormones" and I would grow out of it. However when I turn 18 I was diagnosed with sever depressed with hints of other mental illnesses. It's sad that these people hid the number of depressed young adults there are in this country.. it's as if things are different for a 14 year old and an 18 year old. I am now suffering every day because these people seem to think its easier to pretend it's hormones so young adults stay misdiagnosed until it's pretty much irreparable."
