"Place is clean. Snacks have cool flavours. Waste of a trip for me though. I have not been able to use the £15 headphones because only one earpiece worked when I opened it. I can't relax with that. You told me they are better, with better bass than Samsung, and are better quality. They are broken, bass isn't good, and the wires are flimsy. I'm very upset and dissatisfied and tired. I can't find the receipt."

"I went to buy a vape bar and was charged an extra £5.01 and when I had realised I went back with proof only 3hours later when I was available to go back. I took a picture of the advertised item I was refused a refund. The elf bars 1500 don’t work I was also told to go back to the shop which means making another pointless journey so they can check the camera although the shop keeper said he remembered I’d been in and what I bought but refused to refund me. He then told me to contact my bank as he knows in England the banks look after there people indirect discrimination at its finest."
