"Terrible. Listed as a Collect+ parcel drop off point. Refused to accept a medium sized parcel as they did not have space because they had a delivery of stock that evening, and had multiple uncollected parcels. I pointed out that they appeared to have lots of space, it just wasn’t being used efficiently, and that if delivery of stock jeopardised their ability to provide a service, perhaps they should stop pretending to be able to provide that service. They told me that they had called Collect+ that day to say they were unable to take any parcels. This is not apparent on the Collect+ website. Previous reviews suggest they don’t take large parcels here. I think this shop needs to decide if it is or isn’t going to provide the Collect+ service. It only took 20 minutes for them to agree to take my parcel. I have a receipt. I wonder if it will reach its destination…"
"Don’t use this place for click and collect or returning services as they refuse the delivery then gets sent back to yodel! And refuse returns. Seems they only like to take a small 1 item order! If I could give no stars I would."
