"Absolutely shocking service. I get an Amazon package delivered to the shop. It comes at 3. When I go there at 7pm, its closed and there is a sign saying closed, back tomorrow. I call the number on Google which leads me straight to the owner. He had no idea why the shop was closed as its meant to close at 11. I was assured someone would call or message me that night to tell me if my packages were received as I didnt know when the shop had closed. Despite me phoning again later and sending a text to chase them, no response. The owner also said on the phone that they would be open at 730 this morning. I arrive at 9, its not open. I call to ask whats going on as I need the parcels. At 9:20, the doors open. Shocking communication and bad customer service. If the owner sees this and wants to discuss this review and apologise so that i remove this, he has my number. If not, ill leave this here. NOT GOOD FOR AMAZON"
