"A family member of mine visited the local Sainsbury's Rayners Lane and she was treated appallingly by staff and especially the manager. My family member is a lady with a disability and she was laughed at by the manager when she lost her money purse. The manager insisted she took the purse when he looked at the CCTV (he did not show her this CCTV) and she is adamant she left this purse in the store. The point of this review is to make you aware the manager could have behaved more professionally and more sensitively and NOT LAUGH OUT LOUD at my family member. The staff in this shop are rude and insensitive and customer service is appalling. Thank you"

"The worst sainsburys ! They rob you blind through uber eats. You recieve a quarter of your order and get charged full amount. I had to repeat my order number 10 times and the manager still couldn't find my order supposedly. He was rude uncouth and couldn't care less about wrong order. So unpaid £17 for a loaf of bread a 2 ltr milk ,mixed veg and a sachet of sauce. No apologese. I'd call this daylight robbery and the consumer ombudsman will know of this tomorrow. What a disaster."

"I have always been happy with the great service given to me at this Sainsbury’s, staff are friendly and willing to help. The only thing it was lacking was the organising of the shelves and the interior and now it has the too. After the refurbishment this little Sainsbury’s local is a pleasure to be in. Everything is very well organised and now clearly sign posted. I am a happy customer."
