"Store is great but the General Manager is the most unfriendly, rude and arrogant man I’ve ever seen. Never smiles, like he’s doing me a favour shopping there, say good morning and he grunts back! Come on guys! The face of your store and you employ people like this!"

"Food is generally good but there is a staff member called Neela or Neelam or something who is rude. She makes mistakes when serving you yet still argues with you. Plus she causes more problems than she solves and makes you feel like you're in the wrong which is poor customer service. People have also said they don't like working with her. M&S you either need to sort her out or customers should try and avoid her when they have an issue (e.g. a sparks offer hasn't come off)."
