"Always problems with the rear door to the car park being closed. Been ongoing since August 2022 making it difficult for older shoppers to access the store and impossible for anyone with shopping to load their car. Have sent at least 5 emails of complaint, spoken to store staff and to the manager on several occasions. Not good for the store's business or reputation."

"This place is a minute from my house and I still go to the one in Ruislip Manor what does that tell you. Don’t think about going here close to closing time because they always close early and lock the door. Sometimes by 10 mins. Sometimes you don’t have the luxury of being able to get to places way before they shut but would expect that if you get there before they close you’re not going to have to have an argument just to get a few small things. This happens all the time. During the first lockdown they closed at 8pm officially and shut the doors at 7.45pm then argued with people. Actually what made me write the review is I purchased some discounted ice cream last week and that night I was very ill. Vomited for hours. I hadn’t eaten anything else for most of the day. When I told them they tried telling me that the stock was discounted when it’s about to be discontinued. That would be fair enough but when I looked in the freezer there was a bunch more Ben and Jerry’s sandwich things at full price. My guess is they melted or something and refroze them. Trouble with that is the dairy aspect."

"Local amenity with a standard range of Tesco product's as you'd expect. Long queues seem to be consistent, staff are friendly enough, store isn't very tidy. It has a cash machine which is an added bonus."

"Was in this evening with my daughter after a long busy week to grab something for dinner. And just wanted to say how helpful the staff were. Manager Ahmed, Dinesh on the wine section and the very lovey Amy on check-out were all exceptional. It's not often I feel the need to write reviews on here but just wanted to say a big thank you for all being so wonderful x"
