"Avoid this store -Pathetic customer service I went inside the store to ask if they accept collect plus parcel. The person replied yes , when I entered , he refused the parcel as it was big. When I asked him can he give me in writing that he can’t accept bigger parcels , he refused.He was rude enough to say I am not here to accept parcels from non regular customers and provide you free service. Go somewhere else !"

"Dropped by to return a parcel through Evri. Encountered an extremely rude male staff with glasses at the counter due to a minor issue with the return label. When asked why the label was an issue he flew into a rage out of nowhere. Never met such a RUDE person who clearly is miserable with his life to treat others this way! NOT recommended!!! STAY AWAY."
