"I hardly leave negative reviews but this man in this shop was owful. I've just been to pay for the TV licence via paypoint in cash for the first time. When I went home I realized that the TV licence wasn't updated. I've noticed that on his receipt there was a number 1 in front of the TV licence number. I didn't know if this was a mistake or it was normal. I rang the shop and this nasty rude man became very defensive to the point that I had to put the telephone down. I just wanted to know if that number 1 in front of my TV licence number was a mistake or not and If I could watch my TV from today. Apparently it takes up to 3days to update. Sorry but I don't know how this works and I didn't realise that it was such a crime or an offence to ask him this questions... No need to be treating me like an idiot and shout at me on the phone. I only hope that when he needs help one day he gets the same treatment..."
