"Don’t be fooled by the opening times. I just went to M&S but apparently you can’t buy the food until 9:30. It’s open from 7am for petrol only....just doesn’t say that on the website!"

"Normally a friendly, handy local shop and petrol station - however today a completely different experience. The assistant asked if I had petrol, when I said 'No' she sighed loudly enough that both myself and my husband were quite surprised and disgusted, at the end of processing our shopping she asked again if we had petrol and again we said 'No' she rudely sighed again!!! Not what I expect from Marks and Spencer and certainly not the kind of customer service you would get in their stores."
