"First time visitor to the store in Richmond. Heard so much about this concept and wanted to see it in action. You need Amazon app on your phone, have an account linked to a payment card. Member of staff showed us how to bring up QR code and use it to enter store. There you grab a free paper bag and fill it with purchases before walking out of store when done. That's it. If you pick it up and don't want it you need to put it back in original position. We were later notified of purchases and were asked to confirm. We had one item which we queried and we were not charged for it. Payment was automatic. Compared with scan and go, its so much easier to do and the prices were very reasonable especially for Richmond."
