"I went this week for a nail polish only because my nails were damaged I didn’t wanna do any uv light or anything because it was hurting. Outcome was terrible person who done it, was a guy and he only spend max 5 minutes and told me to sit on the drying section and didn't even come to look and it wasn't busy at all. He didn't clean the overflowed nail polish on the edges and it was a unprofessional painting with bubbles. refused to put gel top coat which my nails got ruined even more."

"After breaking my arm I came here to get my nails cut (as I couldn’t cut them myself). As a guy I can say I’ve never experienced such nice nails before. The lady was very skilful and efficient. I might have to return even after my arm heals."

"DON’T BOTHER UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WASTE. Went here a few weeks ago for my appointment at 5:30 and didn’t leave until 8pm! They kept me waiting for a “soak off” whilst they took care of everyone else. Nails weren’t bad I can’t complain, however, I came back for a soak off and it was the same situation all over again. The staff don’t speak any English and the service is AWFUL. For something that is supposed to be a little luxury to myself ended up being two stressful situations. Safe to say I will never come back."
