"Lee needs to sort out his booking system as it's not working effectively. Booked appointments a few weeks ago for my niece and sister and they could only manage to do one appointment. I booked an early appointment and had to call him as salon was closed. Admittedly I was 5 mins early and he opened up about 12 mins later but that's not the point. The service is fine but although he has an appointment book it's not working. Very frustrating. Stick to your advertised opening times and booked appointments."

"They make you pay first and deliver a terrible service! after they have taken your money. When you ask them to correct their mistakes, they scream and shout at you because they have been paid already.... Go somewhere else.. .avoid the abuse!! 0% customer services. Their " shalac" last 1 week! NEVER ME AGAIN!"

"Music was too loud. Nail shapes were mismatched on both hands. French tips were between poor to adequate with acrylic glue left on cuticles. 2nd and last time I’ll be returning as they weren’t that good the first time either."

"Avoid if you can, it was my first time going there, the manager approached me asking what i want, he changed my mind into getting shellac as they last longer so i went ahead with it, the guy doing my nails was friendly as i didnt know what colour to get. A few days after my nails broke. Tbh this is not what i expected as i paid £30 for shellac and i expected the outcome to be good as they mentioned shellac is very strong and long lasting, well clearly not. (bearing in mind that i done fresh sets) i am not happy as i wasted my money. I haven been doing my nails for over 3 years now and i have never been through this at all. There are better nail shops out there, these places should be closed down as its waste of peoples money. As you can see from the pictures attached its both my left and right hand!"
