"I went to get a set of full acrylics with a bit of artwork on a Thursday. Really lovely and patient staff, I showed them a picture for reference and they did an amazing job in replicating it! My birthday is tomorrow so I can't wait to show my new nails off."

"Sadly, I will not return to this business and will now go elsewhere despite being a regular customer. 1. You cannot book an appointment. Even if you call to book you have to wait. 2. The main lady (who seems to be in charge) is VERY rough. She has filed my nails on many occasions so hard that my skin was sliced and bled. That same nail file would have been used on others. It was not disgarded. 3. The best person to do your nails is Fi. He is a the older of the two males there but it’s hit and miss whether you will see him (even if you book him specifically). 4. Two days after my last visit for an acrylic infill the gel chipped I was invited back to the salon to have them repainted, but had to wait half an hour to be seen (not usually an issue but a customer was seen before me - please note she came in after me). Now the colour has chipped again. I’m not doing any activities different to usual which leads me to assume the polish is out of date."

"Would definitely recommend but on a weekday. Came for an infill on Saturday. Was quite rushed and was not happy with the results. I came back on Tuesday to have 2 nails fixed. Ended up having all nails redone. I am very happy with the service today. Took time to look at and check every nail and talk to me about it. Ended up having all of the infill redone. Service was done with real care to ensure my satisfaction. I would recommend coming on a weekday over a weekend. If I got this type of service to begin with I would have definitely given 5 stars. Thank you for redoing them and taking the time and care!"

"Absolutely butchered my nails, I was a regular customer for months but this time was absolutely horrible. So aggressive and heavy handed flinging my hands around everywhere, super rough as if I’ve done something to them?! I came close to leaving mid appointment. You can see how hard she was filing on my skin it did start BLEEDING in front of her and she did NOT care at all. Botch job super rushed will not be going back and if you care about being treated with respect and the care of your nails I would think twice before coming to these people. Disgusting finish you can see the crust all around the nail and the pinky where it’s been bleeding. I can sue but not worth my energy."
