"Very poor experience having only used this company 3 times before. It’s Christmas Eve I booked and paid for the appointment the day before. I sat down in the chair today and showed the lady the design I wanted and I showed the lady who was on reception. So there were 2 people aware of what I wanted. Having sat for 1.10 minutes. The lady doing my nails advised me she had to go to a pedicure. A man came over, and said I didn’t book the right appointment and he didn’t have time to finish my nails. I did not book this appointment, I advised what I wanted on the phone and I was sent a link to pay a deposit. The fact that not even painting nails is not included is a joke. Am So I have left this salon with no design, no paint. I will have to now paint these myself. It’s unacceptable. I will not returning. Be warned people, you might have not walk out with no paint on your nails."

"This is the first time I have been to a nail shop and loved the results. I am someone who always complains how nail shops do my toes and nails but this one is just amazing! I have no words to describe! Their salon is clean. It smells nice. They have good customer service. Everything was good. I felt like I payed for my services. I felt like every penny was worth it. I will be coming here forever! This place is amazing! I just love it. The inside is also really beautiful! Just amazing."
