“Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

“Brilliant place to visit. Well stocked and plenty to choose from. We went for a lamp for our tortoise table and the staff were really helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Also helped us with a new substrate and a thermometer. There was plenty of parking too so it was easy to load the car. I can recommend Swell reptiles and will definitely be going again.”

We were worried about leaving them but we needn’t have been, as Simon gave them loads of care and attention. He sent us updates (and cute videos) twice a day. “We have two cavaliers, run 5 businesses from home and travel as much as possible. Sian and Dave came into our lives almost 6 months ago now and have been like a breath of fresh air! Our girls go to them numerous times a week, sleepover every Saturday night, so we can get away from the office, and whenever we need them basically, which always works out to be quite a lot (we won't leave our girls home alone for even an hour)! Our girls absolutely adore Sian and Dave, they are always excited to see them, even my youngest who hates to be away from me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are quite simply the nicest and most genuine people, they clearly love our girls, are totally reliable and I trust them implicitly. In fact they are quite literally indispensable.”
