"It’s always an absolute pleasure going to Spargo. Seema is lovely and does a great job with my hair. I’ve had cuts, highlights, straightening and regular root tints, which have all been brilliant. It’s so nice and relaxed in there compared to anything in the high street. I would recommended everyone to book here for their hair appointments!"

"A great hairdressers, really friendly and excellent service. I had a cut and blow dry. Good chat beforehand about what I wanted and stylist checked as we went that I was happy with length and shaping. The cut was excellent and love the layers! The salon is really welcoming, very comfortable and super clean and I was even asked whether I liked the music or wanted something different on! Lovely experience and so pleased with end results."

"Very disappointing experience and will not be returning. I wanted half and half 2 colour hair so booked in for a root to tip and cut and blow dry having asked the stylist in my last visit what to book and this was advised. I spent over 2.5 hours in the salon and left with box colour bland all over brown hair which I could have got from a high street packet, a hair cut with no layers so have a bob which stick out like a Lego hair cut. Also no blow dry as they ran out of time. When I spoke up that I wasn’t happy I was blamed for booking the wrong treatment, even though I stated what I wanted when I got there and said if it wasn’t possible not to worry. I was also accused of being drunk having dropped into conversation earlier that I had had 2 drinks prior to the appointment (over a 4 hour period). Not very professional, very disappointed and very out of pocket."

"My partner went for a hair colour on Friday and Spargo left lines are throughout her hair. She calmly wrote an email and asked the salon to rectify it and she was asked to return the next day. However she was promptly taken to the corner up against a wall while the receptionist attempted to fix the error. They coloured the problem areas a darker colour (she had originally asked for blonde) which made the roots look worse. The receptionist then rough dried her hair, leaving lots of dark dye in her hair which was only noticed on the journey home. We then asked to speak to the manager on the phone and received a very rude call from the ‘owner’ who point blank refused to issue and said things like “I don’t know what more you want us to do” and “we accommodated you”. We won’t be going back and advising all friends and family to choose elsewhere!"
