"I have been here about 5 times, out of desperation on no one else open at the time, I always say I’m not happy, but this was the last (I would rather have bushy eyebrows) Not good wax quality, not a good job, and made my eyebrows way too thin, and a bit uneven, and even when I called it out after she could see I wasn’t that happy, she just said, it’s meant to be that thin to follow the brow line (I’ve done my brows many times, and they have never been this thin) And while I was waiting, I thought they were quite rude to another client. Now wonder why their shop is quiet - do not go! Even if you are desperate, you will just be disappointed"

"Very bad! Very bad! I had eyelashes extensions and as soon as I came home they started falling. The next day I had no eyelashes anymore and I paid £35! I paid £35 for eyelashes that lasted less than a day and weren’t even full! I wish I could give 0 stars"

"Please do not go to this salon. Look at the reviews, and look at the reviews on Treatwell. I didn't look and I booked last minute yesterday for a gel manicure without checking other people's reviews. Beyond the salon being grubby, there is no proper equipment to take off old gel, give a manicure & apply new gel. The lady who worked there (I doubt she is qualified) has destroyed my nail bed. Without acetone she used an electric file to remove the nail varnish & parts of my nail bed. She had one abrasive hand file and some rusty nail clippers. She washed my hands in the foot spa by the floor. The gel paint looked like tip ex. She knew I was worried and kept assuring me it would be OK when she was finished. In the end it looked rough, with jagged edges and bits of skin everywhere. She had to use the electric file again to take it all off. I didn't even have to ask for a refund as they handed me cash. I would have left as soon as I walked in if I hadn't paid up front at the time of booking. My nails/the nail bed are so sore. Please do not go here. I took the image straight after so it's not ideal but it does demonstrate the results I left with when I booked a gel manicure. My nails are now sore and destroyed. This place should be shut down."

"I bought two vouchers from Wowcher for an hour long massage and glass if bubbly but I should have read the reviews first. I called in December and was told two different stories.1 that December was fully booked. 2 I could not book for January now, I had to call back in January on the week that I wanted the message. I called back in January as advised and not only was I told that I couldnt have a massage I was told the offer has expired(my voucher was still in date) and they never offered bubbly which was complete false advertising. On top of that they could not offer massage for two people massages at a time which beats the purpose of buying two. I am very disappointed as this was a gift now I have to follow up getting a refund from Wowcher. No apology at all for the inconvenience. I am glad we did not go for the massage as it would have been a disaster given the dismissive and abrupt manner of which I was spoken to."

"I just went with my friend for pre-booked treatment. From beginning the lady was surprised to see me as no one written my booking, which I have called them on the day before as advised over the phone with salon. As they was not prepared they can only do one massage today. It should be one hour treatment with bubbly and chocolate. No one offered me bubbly or chocolate I was given tap water. After 20 minutes of massage, with out my choice, lady ask me to get dressed as she finished. I'm very upset, as it was supposed to be nice relaxing day out with my friend. I have attached pictures of the place as was dump and dirty. During the 20 minutes massage, lady phone was ringing and the relaxing music was on and off, which was very distressing."
