"I asked the barber if he could cut my hair in a specific way and he said yes. He completely ruined my hair and cut it nothing like the way I wanted. Then I asked him several times to cut it shorter and he got rude and told me he can't cut my hair the way I wanted it and someone else is waiting. If he knew he couldn't cut my hair properly then why did he initially lie and say he could? Because they don't value their customers, they only want your money. They don't care about providing quality customer service. It's also overpriced for the mediocre haircuts they do. What absolute disgusting, rude and unprofessional service. I will never go here again. Avoid like the plague."
