If you have any kind of complex with your eyebrows, she’ll make you feel extra conscious about it. It’s like paying money for someone to talk to you like you just crawled out from under a rock. "If I could give this no stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but this time I'm making an exception. This place has the rudest service I have ever encountered - and this has happened TWICE. Before you even sit down, she's pretty much insulted you (hence why I walked out the most recent time.) This happened a year ago and I was shocked but I decided to give her the benefit of doubt. A year later I pop in again and she was even ruder than the last time. She doesn't make you feel comfortable and her tone is quite frankly, disgusting. Honestly, you're better off going to Superdrug or the other salons down the high street. Disgusted doesn't even cover it."

"I always have the best experience with Edna. I’ve been a customer of hers for 4 years and now that I moved out of London, I still travel 2 hours for Edna’s service. I don’t trust my eyebrows with anyone else but her, also waxing. She’s very professional, friendly and great at what she does! Highly recommend"
